Yes, emergency services such as police, fire and ambulance have access codes and keys to allow access and movement throughout the building.
The Gym exists for use by residents of NewActon South and it is maintained by the Owners Corporation with assistance from Acton Investments Pty. Ltd. (Molonglo Group). We have an agreement for access by guests of the Peppers Gallery Hotel and residents of New Acton East. (Acton Investments has supplied a share of the equipment in the Gym).

To report excessive environmental noise, residents and visitors should contact the ACT Environmental Protection Agency through Access Canberra on 132281 or 62130700 to lodge a noise complaint and request that the EPA send a monitoring team to investigate.
